The AutoPlus Team take health and safety very seriously. During these uncertain times we have implemented a no-contact local pick-up and delivery option to help keep you and our team safe while working to keep your vehicle on the road.

Here's how we are working to maintain a safe work environment for you and our team.

Non-Contact Local Pick-Up and Delivery

AutoPlus Service Centres now offer no-contact pick-up and delivery for servicing, mechanical repairs and brakes*. Here's how it works:

  • Call your nearest AutoPlus Service Centre to discuss your requirements. We'll book your car in and arrange a non-contact key exchange option..
  • Payment can be made by phone and digital invoices can be provided (email).
  • We'll return your car upon completion - sanitised for your protection.

Safety Procedures For Your Vehicle

When driving your car for pick-up, delivery or testing, our team members will wear disposable gloves and use disposalbe seat covers.

Any interior repairs or maintenance will be conducted by a team member wearing disposable gloves and surfaces will be sanitised before and after repairs/maintenance.

Our team will sanitise contact points on your vehicle before returning it to you. They will wipe down the following with anti-bacterial wipes and/or spray:

  • exterior and interior door handles
  • steering wheel
  • hand brake
  • instruments (including indicator and wiper stalks)
  • transmission selector / gear stick
